Nicole is one of the friendly faces clients meet when they arrive at Casey and Cranbourne Veterinary Hospital. She has always loved animals and wanted a job that allowed her to work with them every day.
Her background in customer service helps her support both clients and their pets, making sure each visit starts with a warm and helpful experience. She enjoys that every day is different and that there is always something new to learn. Seeing the animals and getting a cuddle or two is an added bonus.
Nicole brings years of experience in customer-facing roles, along with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable. She enjoys being part of a clinic that offers advanced diagnostic technology and high standards of care. What means the most to her is being able to help clients through both the easy and the difficult moments. She describes her teammates as helpful, friendly, and approachable, and she tries to bring the same attitude to her work each day.
“I love being able to support both clients and their pets.”
There is one moment Nicole thinks about often. When her own dog became unwell, and she had to make the decision to let him go, the team stood by her the whole way through. Staff checked in on her, sat with her when she needed it and made sure she never felt alone. A few clients even offered kind words when they heard what had happened. It made her realise how genuine the people at the clinic are, both the team and the community around it. That experience showed her exactly what the hospital is about: people who care deeply and look out for one another.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys Pilates, gardening, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and her pets. She has two cats, Fleur and Delilah, who were brought into the clinic as abandoned three-week-old kittens. She fell in love with them instantly and adopted them both. She loves meeting all the animals that come through the doors.
